Removal of Deceased from place of death to Funeral Home (within a 50 mile radius). Hearse (Casket Coach with driver within 50 mile radius). Register Book (1). Acknowledgment Cards (25), Temporary Grave Marker, A choice of one of the following caskets is included: Silver Carnation / Churchill Blue Q88 / Revere Silver Q88 / Roman Q88.
